The Charm® ROSA Quantitative Mycotoxin Tests are immunoreceptor assays utilizing ROSA (Rapid One Step Assay) lateral flow technology.
Mycotoxin is extracted from a sample using 70% methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, distilled or deionized water. Mycotoxin interacts with colored beads in the lateral flow test strip and the color intensity in the test and control zones is measured by the ROSA-M Reader or Charm EZ®-M system and displayed as ppb (parts per billion) mycotoxin.
